Familiar faces are back at Dolphins NRL preseason training this week, with fitness a key focus in hot conditions yesterday.

Players will need to get used to it with Head Coach Kristian Woolf saying they need to improve their fitness to ensure they have the staying power needed at the back end of the season. Read the full interview here
