Ausbuild crafting communities in 2024

In the ever-evolving landscape of South East Queensland, Ausbuild has stood as a beacon of excellence in real estate and property development for more than 35 years.
Established in 1988, Ausbuild has not only shaped the physical landscape but has also left an indelible mark on the social fabric of the City of Moreton Bay through its commitment to community involvement.
Ausbuild's commitment to giving back is a passion and a responsibility, aligning with its core values of community, sustainability, ethical behaviour, and integrity.
The primary objective is to support initiatives and establish partnerships that provide meaningful, inclusive opportunities in the social, economic, and educational progress.
Ausbuild Joint Managing Director Matthew Bell is proud of the company's ability to make a positive impact on Moreton Bay and its communities.
“As a local builder and developer dedicated to creating vibrant communities in the Moreton Bay area, we take pride in our responsibility to promote sustainable growth,” Matthew says.
“Our vision is to create crafting well-planned, interconnected communities that prioritise people.”
As a dedicated principal sponsor of Moreton Bay Regional Industry Tourism (MBRIT), Ausbuild plays a pivotal role in bringing several major community events to life.
These include the Redcliffe KiteFest, various Music in the Park events across the region, Movie in the Park at Griffin, and the local Christmas Lights Competition.
Housing for happiness gala
Ausbuild's collaborative initiative, known as the 'Housing for Happiness' project, was officially launched in 2022 and delivered again in 2023.
The Gala is committed to providing secure and supported accommodation for young people at risk of homelessness.
More than 200 people attended the event, including guests from local business and industry leaders.
Last year’s Gala raised $100,000, bringing the total funds raised to $203,000.
The funding will play a crucial role in supporting construction of a second youth shelter in Moreton Bay for Chameleon Youth Housing.
Dolphins NRL Official Community Partner
Ausbuild is the official community partner of the Dolphins NRL team and is proud to be part of local history as a founding partner.
During the 2023 Dolphins NRL season, Ausbuild supported 13 community groups across Moreton Bay through fundraising activities, complimentary tickets, money-can't-buy experiences and home game activations.
In collaboration with the Dolphins and Dynamic Bradview Roofing, Ausbuild raised more than $20,000 during the 2023 season, contributing to the Torchinska family and Give a Child a Chance.
Ausbuild Community Fund (Moreton Bay) Program
The Ausbuild Community Fund (Moreton Bay) Program was introduced in 2022 and is a tangible response to local challenges, as well as strengthening social bonds, contributing to sustainable growth, bolstering community capability and capacity, and supporting the long-term health and wellbeing of residents.
The 2023 Grant Program, which offered up to $50,000 in funding, supported diverse projects, ranging from life-saving equipment to fostering employment opportunities.
Recipients included the Scout Association of Australia Queensland Branch Inc. - Northern Moreton Bay Region/Murrumba District, the Queensland Society of Model Experimental Engineers, Moreton Bay Koala Rescue, The Carers Foundation Australia, Redcliffe Peninsula Surf Life Saving Club and the Caboolture Garden Club.
