Looking for a creative way to get your team bonding?

A paint and sip studio at Redcliffe offers corporate team-building parties that are all about boosting morale.

Pinot & Picasso business partners Katrina Humphries and Debbie Lennon say whether you’re a small business or a large corporation, you can paint, sip and celebrate your work crew with a company session.

“Team-building parties are super important for creating a positive work culture and a high-performing team,” Katrina says.

“They bring people together, build trust, increase productivity and foster creativity and learning.

“They also boost communication, create healthy competition and help people develop new skills.”

Choose your venue

Debbie says the Redcliffe Pinot & Picasso team takes the stress out of organising a corporate paint and sip event.

“We can come directly to you or the venue of your choice, whether it’s your office, hotel or conference, we’ll bring the equipment you need to have the best team-building experience,” Debbie says.

"We cater for a range of business sizes and can adjust our sessions to suit.

"Smaller businesses can join in on the fun with a private table in one of our public sessions."

Select your concept

Katrina says businesses can choose their concept by selecting a gallery piece for participants to paint under the guidance of a Pinot & Picasso teacher, or create a collaborative artwork with each canvas playing a part in creating the final masterpiece.

“And if you’d like to make your team-building party truly unique, create your own masterpiece with a custom artwork – some of our events have incorporated company logos and colours.”
