Tydal launch for new apartments
Tydal Woody Point, the latest Moreton Bay development by Traders in Purple, has today started VIP sales of its waterfront apartments.
The 104 apartments are in the first of two buildings on the site of the old Palace Hotel, where the Bee Gees had their first paid gig.
A range of two-bedroom, three-bedroom and penthouse apartments are being aimed at local owner occupiers and those with flexible work arrangements.
Indicative pricing at Tydal Woody Point is two bedrooms from $749,000 and three bedrooms from $1,249,000.
The two-bedroom apartments range from 122-141sqm and three beds from 157-194sqm. Three luxury penthouses will be released later.
Nine two and three-bedroom courtyard homes at ground level will have their own landscaped entry.
Resident facilities include a sub-tropical pool with sun lounges, covered al fresco dining, barbecue, herb garden, relaxation lawn and lounge with a kitchenette.
Traders In Purple Development Director Alex Black said Tydal Woody Point had the “best of all worlds”.
“The water views with sunrises over the ocean are extraordinary, while to the west apartments capture the sunset over Bramble Bay," she said.
"Moreton Bay has flown under the radar for many years but the word is out.
“Prices in Woody Point and neighbouring suburbs rose by around 20 per cent in the past 12 months but it is still comparatively affordable."
Traders In Purple has two other projects in the area both scheduled to be completed in 2025.
Marin at Scarborough is due for completion early next year and Orilla, on the waterfront at Woody Point, in mid-2025.
VIP sales at Tydal start today (May 23) for those who registered their interest and have an appointment to purchase.
Sales then go public with registrations now being taken via tydalwoodypoint.com.
Viewing will be in the Sales Display Suite at 2 Kate St, Woody Point, by appointment only.
